On September 26, 2025, the NGO Forum on Social Integration was officially launched in Yerevan, bringing together leading organizations to address urgent social challenges caused by displacement from Artsakh. Hanganak was represented by three employees at the event, and we have now decided to apply for membership.
The Forum, initiated by 11 NGOs including Mission Armenia, People in Need, and the Armenian Red Cross Society, aims to promote systemic solutions in housing and social support. Several of its proposals have already been adopted by state institutions and donors, demonstrating the Forum’s real impact.
For Hanganak, joining the Forum means amplifying advocacy for our beneficiaries, contributing our expertise in elderly care, and strengthening collaboration with partners. We are already working with Mission Armenia on solving social housing challenges for displaced seniors, and membership will allow us to expand these efforts.
The united voice of civil society will enable us to more effectively advocate for our beneficiaries and contribute to advancing social justice in Armenia.
