The June food distribution cycle is concluding this week, with only Lori region remaining to be served. On Thursday, July 10, the Hanganak team will visit Lori to conduct medical checkups and distribute food packages, hygiene items, and incontinence supplies to our beneficiaries.
In Yerevan and three surrounding regions, the distributions have been successfully completed. Many beneficiaries chose to visit our office to receive their aid personally, enjoying tea and pleasant conversations with our staff and fellow displaced Artsakh community members. For those unable to come, our medical team delivered the provisions during their regular home visits.
The food provisions are made possible through the generous support of the Armenian Women’s Welfare Association (AWWA) under our Elderly Program. We are also deeply touched by our community supporters who consistently provide cupcakes and dried fruits – a heartwarming tradition that has continued uninterrupted since the program’s inception in 2024 in Armenia. Particular gratitude goes to the “Martik” Charitable Foundation for their unwavering commitment to our elderly beneficiaries.
The photo gallery from June’s distributions is now available for viewing.
