Participation in the AGBU Summer School “AI for All”
At Hanganak NGO, we are dedicated not only to providing care but also to continuously enhancing our methods and adopting innovative solutions. In line with this commitment, two key members of our Elderly Project team recently participated in a specialized training program aimed at strengthening the effectiveness of our work.
Gohar Hovhannisyan, Elderly Project Manager, and Lina Grigoryan, Project Coordinator, took part in the “AI for All” summer school — a comprehensive initiative organized by the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) within the framework of its Women Coders program.
This intensive course introduced participants to the dynamic field of artificial intelligence, equipping them with practical knowledge, the chance to learn from industry experts, and — most importantly — the confidence to use AI as a tool for both personal and professional development.
The skills and insights gained from this program are directly relevant to the operational and analytical aspects of our Elderly Project. With these new competencies, our team is ready to explore how AI-driven solutions can optimize services, strengthen monitoring and evaluation, and ultimately provide more effective, targeted support to our beneficiaries.
At Hanganak, we believe that investing in our team is an investment in the quality of our work. We look forward to applying these skills and perspectives in our project, ensuring that we continue to deliver innovative, compassionate, and impactful elderly care in Armenia.
