Investing in Knowledge – Investing in Care
On September 17, HANGANAK had the honor of participating in the graduation ceremony of the “AI for All” summer school — a comprehensive initiative organized by the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) within the framework of its Women Coders program. The training was offered free of charge, and we were delighted to be invited to take part.
As noted in our earlier update, Gohar Hovhannisyan (Elderly Program Manager) and Lina Grigoryan (Program Coordinator) successfully completed the program and were awarded certificates during the ceremony.
This intensive course introduced participants to the wide-ranging possibilities of artificial intelligence. It provided practical skills, opportunities to engage with leading experts, and most importantly, the confidence to view AI as a valuable tool for both personal and professional development.
The knowledge and skills gained through this program are directly relevant to our work. They will enable our team to explore how AI solutions can help optimize services, strengthen monitoring and evaluation processes, and ultimately ensure more effective and targeted support for our beneficiaries.
At HANGANAK, we firmly believe that investing in the professional growth of our team is an investment in the quality and impact of our programs. We are enthusiastic about integrating these new insights into our work and continuing to stand at the forefront of innovative and compassionate approaches in elderly care in Armenia.
We warmly congratulate our colleagues on their dedication, accomplishments, and continued progress.
