The year 2025 marked a defining milestone in the journey of Hanganak NGO — a year shaped by achievement, learning, and a deep commitment to excellence in care.

During this transformative period, Hanganak NGO proudly received State Certification to Deliver Comprehensive Home Care Services, affirming our adherence to national standards and our long-standing dedication to quality and accountability. Alongside this major accomplishment, our team actively invested in professional growth by participating in numerous lectures, seminars, congresses, and conferences, expanding our knowledge of modern approaches and recent scientific advancements in the field of care.
To further strengthen our impact, key team members completed AI-focused certification programs, enhancing our operational and analytical capacities. These new competencies allow us to optimize services, strengthen monitoring and evaluation processes, and ultimately provide more effective and targeted support to our beneficiaries. At the same time, our nursing staff successfully obtained the required professional accreditations, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare services.
At the core of all these achievements lies a shared belief: continuous education is essential for sustainable, compassionate, and professional care.
One of the most critical requirements for obtaining full state licensing was the inclusion of a social worker with official state specialization within our team. Although Lina Grigoryan, Project Coordinator at Hanganak NGO, brought extensive professional experience and had completed numerous specialized trainings, Armenian regulations required a formal academic diploma to meet licensing standards.
Guided by determination and supported by strong partnership, this challenge became an opportunity for growth. Thanks to the generous support of Mission Armenia, which fully covered all expenses for Lina’s one-year specialization studies, she enrolled in the Social Work specialization program at Yerevan State University.
In December 2025, Lina successfully completed her studies and was awarded a Diploma of Social Worker Specialization with Honors, achieving the highest academic results of the course. During the recent official graduation ceremony, Yerevan State University formally awarded diplomas to its graduates, and we are exceptionally proud to share that Lina Grigoryan was recognized as the best student of the program.
This achievement represents far more than an academic qualification. It is a testament to perseverance, professional integrity, and the power of investing in people. Lina’s success reflects the values of Hanganak NGO — dedication to learning, respect for standards, and unwavering commitment to those we serve.
We celebrate this milestone with deep pride and gratitude — proud of Lina’s outstanding achievement, thankful to Mission Armenia for their invaluable support, and confident that every step toward education strengthens our mission to deliver dignified, high-quality care to our beneficiaries.
